How we run a project, week by week
No long silences, no big reveal at the end. This is the rhythm we work to and what you can expect from us each week.
The most common worry we hear from new clients is not about technology. It is “how will I know what is going on?” Here is our answer.
Before any code: agree on the outcome
We start by writing down what the project needs to achieve for your business, in plain language. Not a feature list, but the result: fewer manual steps at the counter, orders that no longer get lost, a report that used to take a day and should take a minute.
From that we work out the smallest version that delivers the result, and what can wait.
Small slices, shown every week
We build in small pieces that each do something you can see and try. Once a week we show you what is new, working, on a real device or browser.
This does two things. You can correct us early, when changing direction is cheap. And you never have to take our word for progress, because you have seen it.
Production is part of the work
Speed, backups, monitoring and error reporting are set up while we build, not after launch. When the system goes live it has already been running in a production-like setup for weeks.
A handover you can actually use
At the end you get the source code, the documentation and a walkthrough for whoever will look after the system, whether that is your own team or us. Nothing depends on knowledge that only lives in our heads.
If this way of working sounds like what you are looking for, get in touch and tell us what you are trying to solve.
